1. Data controller

2. The Meylo app

The Meylo app runs entirely offline on your Mac. No personal data, no created content, no usage data is collected, transmitted or stored remotely by AM Tech. All your files and documents stay locally on your device, under your sole control.

• No AM Tech server is queried by the app
• No user account is required
• No analytics, no trackers, no cookies
• No telemetry, no usage reports

3. Download from the Mac App Store

Meylo is free and is downloaded exclusively through the Mac App Store operated by Apple. Its download remains subject to the App Store rules. Apple processes your Apple ID in accordance with its own privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). AM Tech receives only aggregated and anonymized data (number of downloads, country, macOS version) via App Store Connect, with no personal information identifying the user.

4. The Meylo website

The website does not directly collect any personal data and does not set any cookies of its own. The host Vercel Inc. may record technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security, abuse prevention and proper operation of the service, in accordance with its own policy.

5. Legal bases and purposes

The only processing carried out on the website relies on AM Tech's legitimate interest in ensuring the security, availability and technical maintenance of the service. No data is used for commercial or advertising purposes.

6. Recipients and transfers

No data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. The only recipients are the strictly necessary technical subcontractors: Vercel Inc. (hosting, United States) and Apple (distribution, Ireland / United States). Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention period

Vercel's technical logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days. No personal data is kept by AM Tech beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@anthonymarandon.fr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

9. Security

AM Tech implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against any unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. The Meylo app, running offline, has no server-side network attack surface.

10. Changes

This policy may be amended at any time to reflect legal or technical developments. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
